A complete restaurant delivery and operations platform for Dr. Getwell's Bar & Grill, built to turn local search traffic into direct orders while giving the business control of its menu, customers, leads, and delivery workflow.
The challenge
Where the operation was getting stuck
Dr. Getwell's needed a dedicated digital branch for local delivery in Keokuk, Iowa—not a generic restaurant page or another disconnected ordering subscription. Before the official launch, the team also needed a way to build a local audience, learn what Keokuk wanted on the menu, and turn that interest into an owned lead list. The finished operation then had to make the menu easy to discover, convert visitors into direct orders, communicate the delivery area clearly, and centralize the customer and ordering workflow.
What AURA built
A system designed around the real workflow
AURA first launched a custom pre-launch landing page where local visitors could vote on proposed menu items and explicitly consent to receive email communications. The funnel captured each participant as a permission-based lead and routed the data into the customer CRM while the full website was awaiting official launch. AURA then built OrderTheDoc as an end-to-end restaurant platform with a Keokuk-focused website, searchable menu and ordering experience, address and delivery-zone flow, menu administration, local SEO architecture, and a custom operations dashboard.
